Client Engagement Coordinator
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our photography studio as a Client Engagement Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, following up on leads, and ensuring a seamless experience for our current clients. Additionally, they will be tasked with promoting our services to businesses and corporate offices through the distribution of photographer brochures.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead Engagement and Follow-up:
• Respond promptly and professionally to leads generated through the studio's contact form.
• Initiate and maintain communication to understand clients' photography needs.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for potential clients.
Client Communication and Confirmation:
• Follow up with current clients to confirm the details of their session and ensure their expectations are met.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any queries or concerns clients may have.
On-site Outreach and Promotion:
• Develop and maintain a list of businesses and corporate offices as potential clients.
• Visit these locations to distribute photographer brochures and promote our headshot services.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target businesses.
Networking and Relationship Building:
• Attending local events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the studio and build connections in the community.
• Act as a brand ambassador to increase the studio's visibility and reputation.
Promotional Support:
• Collaborate with marketing efforts to create promotional materials and strategies.
• Assist in implementing promotional campaigns to attract new clients.
Administrative Support:
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
• Assist with general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the studio.
Qualifications:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Previous experience in customer service or promotional activities is a plus.
• Familiarity with photography services is advantageous but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
