The front desk clerk is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all customers of

the print shop, both in person and over the phone. They will be responsible for answering

customer questions and helping them to find the products they need. The print shop front desk

clerk will also be responsible for taking orders and payments, as well as preparing the orders for

printing and managing the print shop workflow. The ideal candidate has strong attention to

detail, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, charming sales skills, and a natural

problem solver.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional, customer-friendly manner

• Answer customer inquiries and provide customer service

• Manage the print shop workflow

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Assist with the preparation of orders

• Ship products to customers

• Inventory management and placing inventory restock orders

• Learning the products & printing methods

• Improve customer relationships, loyalty, & retention

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills, at least one year of customer service experience
