Kitchen Staff Associate Job Description

  • Assist in the food preparation process by cutting, chopping, slicing, and washing vegetables, meats, and other ingredients.
  • Prepare ingredients for various culinary departments, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
  • Follow all food health and safety requirements.
  • Maintain highest level of sanitation in the kitchen.
