Responsibilities:

• Answering phones and routing calls to the correct individual or taking messages.
• Handling basis bookkeeping tasks.
• Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
• Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by board of directors, committee, and executives.
• Helping to prepare for meetings.
• Using various software including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software
• Reading and analyzing incoming memos, emails, submissions, and distributing them as needed.
• Making travel arrangements for executive.
• Performing office duties that includes ordering supplies and managing a records database.
• Record student hours into TDLR database.
• Calculate student hours.
• Provide general administrative support.
• Active Listening
• Coordinate and direct office services, such as records departmental finances and personnel issues.
