Full Job Description:

● Assist the Finance Director with day-to-day tasks.

● Answer and distribute all incoming phone calls. In this role, you will provide excellent service to our customers and support to our managers in the field.

● Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.

● Maintain and reconcile appointment & job calendars.

● Prepare typed correspondence to include, but not limited to, letters, memos, emails, etc.

● Digitally file receipts, estimates, and other documents using Google Drive.

● Provide administrative support, including filing, scanning, and document management.

● Phone/Email correspondence with vendors, customers, and company contacts.
